Fall soccer sign ups are now taking place. Registration is Saturday May 19th from 9-11 at the Salem Community Center.
Forms can be printed from the forms tab of this website. Registration forms may also be mailed in to the address on the forms. The last day registration forms will be accepted is Saturday June 2nd.
